お申し込み後、すぐにご利用いただけます。

キャンセル/解約について

月次契約です。ポータルの「設定 → プラン・お支払い」から開くお支払い管理ポータル（Paddle のカスタマーポータル）で、いつでも解約できます（ポータルをご利用いただけない場合はメールでも承ります）。解約は現在の請求期間の終了時に有効となり、次回以降の課金は発生しません。ご利用済み期間の日割り返金は行っておりません。

返金ポリシー
  • サービスの性質上、ご利用済み期間の月額利用料の返金・日割り返金は原則として行っておりません。

Additional fees

  • Japanese consumption tax (prices are shown excluding tax; the amount billed includes consumption tax)
  • Internet connection and communication charges are borne by the customer
  • For invoice payment (e.g., the Enterprise plan), bank transfer fees are borne by the customer
  • No other fees (payment processing fees, administrative fees, registration fees, etc.) are charged

Payment timing and method

  • Credit card payment (Paddle). Paid plans are charged in advance for each period at the time of application and on each renewal date.
  • The Free plan is available free of charge.

Service delivery

The Service is available immediately after application.

Cancellation

Contracts are monthly. You may cancel at any time from the billing portal (Paddle's customer portal), opened via Settings → Plan & Billing in the portal (if you cannot use the portal, we also accept cancellation by email). Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and no further charges will be incurred. Fees for periods already used are not refunded on a pro-rata basis.

Refund policy

  • Due to the nature of the Service, monthly fees for periods already used are, in principle, not refunded, including on a pro-rata basis.
